  • Created vision and developed interdependent business operations across two teams, an operational team and a sales team, through effective and efficient workflow design and capacity planning. Results: Operationalized the corporate mission and increased lead generation. 
  • Streamlined inconsistent data that had been neglected data for over 30 years. Results: New data management processes and an enterprise-wide training program.
  • Envisioned and developed a new end-to-end customer experience by adding innovative technology. Results: Added 378 new members in the first month.

Community Impact

  • Collaborated with corporate partners to increase funding for a military veteran resource center. Results: Doubled the center’s staffing and hours.
  • Cultivated innovative strategic partner relationships with a mix of small technology start-up companies to large Fortune 500 defense contractors, such as Northrup Grumman. Results: Increased pipeline of the cybersecurity workforce.
  • Consolidated corporate philanthropy objectives with business objectives. Results: Shifted the corporate giving strategy to targeted organizations that provided measurable impact aligned with corporate values.

Organizational Training and Program Development

  • Created a financial health learning program consisting of 14 seminars and workshops and integrated program into business operations. Results:  Program delivered to community partners converting an average of 16% of attendees into members.
  • Envisioned and developed enterprise-wide training program that instilled deeper knowledge of community partnerships, the importance of data integrity and its impact with our regulator.  Results: Face-to-face and online training delivered to 150 employees.
  • Designed and implemented a quarterly report providing enterprise-wide data measurement member qualification. The report informs organizational training efficacy and knowledge gaps. Results: Informed decisions on member qualification processes and training efficacy.
  • Established a certification program for multiple team members to deliver the financial health program setting standards for facilitation. Results: Increased capacity to deliver financial health program to community partners.

  • Designed financial health learning program delivering corporate mission to 800 participants including internal employees, community partners and non-profit organizations.
  • Developed facilitation certification training program to train those delivering financial health to meet training standards prior to delivering financial health content.
  • Created workflow operations for two interdependent teams (sales team and execution team) managing sales requests, measured sales and operational activities, and reported accurately to regulators.
  • Centralized nine sources of data into one system of record utilized enterprise-wide and across multiple systems
  • Established an enterprise-wide quarterly report designed to identify gaps in data integrity and training programs and to provide a timely feedback loop.
