I Completed design projects for lift axle suspensions from concept to release drawings including GD&T requirements, for aftermarket and OEM customers in CAD programs listed above within required vehicle launch time constraint. I wrote the Capital expenditure request for Teamcenter and kept it in budget. I was the Teamcenter administrator including issuing and assigning Engineering Change Orders (ECO). I supplied information for necessary Bill of Materials creation and update. I was also backup Technical Support, speaking with customers to identify required replacement parts including cost and time frame

Technical Support/customer Service Representative 2009-2013

Technical Support/Customer Service Representative, Field technical service questions regarding installation, operation, trouble shooting and service of round tube loose truck/trailer axles and auxiliary lift axles. Create parts catalogs for replacement and service components. Create installation instruction and owner's manual. Determine correct suspension and air kit combinations for given vehicle specifications Order in entry in AS400 KBM software with a transition to QAD ERP system.

Lead Member on Safety Committee responsible for leading meetings, accident review, audit assignments and emergency evacuation drawing.

I also created all of the plant safety area audit checklists. Implemented Behavior Based Safety (BBS)

Complete design projects for lift axle suspensions from concept to drawing completion and make required modification for specialized OEM customers. Input necessary bill of material information in AS400 / KBM software. Proficient with CAD file management software ADEPT and Autodesk® 3D modeling software. Proficient in ACAD 2005, Mechanical Desktop and Inventor. Safety team member. Field technical support calls.
