Huhtamaki Flexible Packaging MEA consists of three countries and five sites: UAE (two plants in Dubai, one in Ras Al Khaimah), Egypt (Giza) and South Africa (Durban) and sales presence in Saudi Arabia, Ghana and Kenya. 

Overall Financial responsibility of Flexible Packaging MEA Region :

  • As a member of the regional management team, develop and co-ordinate business plans and forecasts in line with business needs.
  • Coordinates the strategic planning and budget planning process for the region to ensure robust targets/KPIs and objectives are in place.
  • Provide timely accurate and relevant financial information to the key business users and decision makers that assist them in optimizing performance and results. Ensures forecasting are accurate and enables long-term planning for MEA region and Flexible Packaging segment.
  • Develop and monitor capital expenditure budgeting considering project cost, approvals, financing costs, cash flow and return on investment. Also, review existing capital investments to justify viability.
  • Drives working capital minimization and work closely with each country team ensuring optimization of inventory, receivables, debts, payables and capital projects in order to maximize return on investment and maximize the cash flow.

On top of MEA region responsibility , leading Major Transformation projects at Segment level across Europe , North America, SEA and MEA.
