• Titanium Sponge Plant X2 - Greenfield: developed the feasibility case and FEL2 engineering for a major capacity expansion, controlling scope and cost exposure across cross-functional teams.

• Managed the Mansourah Massarah Gold Mine lifecycle from exploration through feasibility, project execution, operational readiness and transition into operations.

• Integrated stage-gate governance into the exploration phase, defining required deliverables and linking progression decisions to technical and commercial evidence to mitigate risk and optimize resource allocation.

• Established and operated PMO governance for gold mining operations and sustaining-capital projects across Ma'aden Gold affiliates, covering risk, change control, performance monitoring, executive reporting and decision support.
• Advanced PMO maturity through standardized methodologies, governance procedures, dashboards, benefits tracking, project-manager mentoring and PMO resource establishment.

• Led business and commercial support for operational readiness, including manpower, contracting services, ERP modules, fuel-supply and mining-services agreements with ARAMCO and other providers.
• Participated in Ma'aden Gold's Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) Workshop & Business Project Delivery Strategy Blueprint and contributed to project-delivery strategy development.

• Key member of the operational readiness team covering 15 engineering packages; led engineering and vendor document handover and data feed to Operations for commissioning and start-up preparation.

• Built the proponent engineering and design office, including resources, procedures, processes and tools; developed project/cost-estimate and Management of Change procedures.

• Partnered with Alcoa to design and implement the operational readiness program, including risk assessments, training, resource planning, audits and readiness for handover and start-up.

• Introduced Lean Six Sigma-based daily management and visual-management practices.

• Managed engineering-document and EDMS handover from engineering and vendors and prepared operational readiness commissioning dossiers and tracking systems.
