Handling Reactive and Planned requests for desktop support, workflow problem solving, and solution architecting/engineering.
Working with technologies including but not limited to macOS (Server & Client), Windows (Server and Client), Linux (Server), Kerio Connect/Control/Operator, Munki, and JAMF Pro
