Along side my Consultants role I was responsible for the wellbeing of the Technical Consultants in the areas of escalation, resource management, and training.

Senior member of an Apple-focussed Consultancy and IT Support across Sydney & Wollongong for small business, homes and schools. Specialties include Apple-focused CRM/Business Productivity, Time Billing for creatives, Point of Sale for retail stores, Shared Storage, Mail/Communications/Colaboration solutions and VOIP.

Pioneered the education and implementation of Apple-centric systems internally and with SMB/SME clients.

I was responsible for hands on management of the Sydney based team, leadership of the national support team, and the technical advisor for the company's senior management team.

Managed a small team of skilled Mac/Apple vertical experts in consulting Australian small businesses to find the best Apple-centric solutions to fit their needs.

I carried various roles inside of the team within Sales, Technical, Projects, HR, & Administration as required for the benefit of the team.
