Hired to mainly provide Tier 2/3 Support to regulation IT labs and take over duties of IT side in all energy sector industrial labs. Job entailed managing department's server infrastructure and designing workflows to keep all technology assets updated secured and Patched. Attending productivity meetings and attending leadership meetings to ensure department goals, curriculum and our labs were in line with organizations goal. Some highlights from this role are as follows:

  • Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to deliver 100% up-time for student success.
  • Employed best practices for security patching, backups, and technical documentation.
  • Engaged with vendor’s support teams to understand, develop and integrate their systems as per the end user's needs.
  • Created Thick images (Win_10 ENT, Win 10_LTSB) for departments that were complex and hosted 114+ industry-specific apps.
