Project: Construction of MOWAIH PV 380/110KV BSP

Client: Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) KSA

Responsibilities :

• Implementing Quality Control and Quality Assurance systems in alignment with the Project Quality Plan and Total Quality Management (TQM) principles.
• Monitoring construction sequences and recommending preventive and corrective actions to ensure compliance with the Quality Management System.
• Developing and implementing approved Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Managing Quality Assurance documentation, including Request For Inspection (RFIs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), calibration certificates, test reports, approved drawings, non-compliance reports, site observation reports, warranty certificates, and testing & commissioning reports.
• Inspecting materials received on-site to ensure compliance with approved submittals.
• Providing timely reports and updates to Quality Management on quality-related activities.
• Conducting weekly meetings with subcontractors to discuss Quality Control and Assurance matters.
• Monitoring, verifying, and reporting on subcontractor performance regarding Quality Control implementation and record-keeping.
• Establishing and maintaining document control and record-keeping processes for quality-related documents.
• Preparing and circulating daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports for management review.
• Developing and submitting two-week look-ahead inspection schedules to clients/consultants.
• Compiling and presenting monthly management review reports.
• Verifying and ensuring accreditation, certifications, and approvals of vendors, external agencies, and third-party inspectors.
• Ensuring all work is properly inspected at required stages as per the Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) and client requirements.
• Coordinating with the Execution Team, Project Management, Client, and Consultant to address Quality Control matters.
• Obtaining, verifying, and maintaining quality records in a structured and easily retrievable manner while keeping a proper log of QC documents.

Project: NEOM Residential Communities (NRC) construction project

Client: NEOM KSA

Responsibilities :

• Implementation of quality control and quality assurance system as per project quality plan and TQM.
• Ensuring and monitoring the construction sequence and recommending preventive actions and corrective actions for all process (Quality management system).
• Developing and implementation of approved method statements, inspection & test plan, checklists based on the specification of project.
• Taking care of quality assurance documentation for its implementation i.e., WIR, MIR Calibration certificates, Test reports, stamped and approved drawings, noncompliance reports, site observation reports warranty certificates, Testing &commissioning reports etc.,
• Inspecting quality of materials receiving at site and ensuring compliance to approved submittal and collaborate with the department for procured materials & maintain a record.
• Providing timely information & reports to Quality management for interface on quality activities.
• Conducting weekly meetings with subcontractors related to Quality control and quality assurance.
• Monitoring, verification and reporting on the subcontractor performance with regards to implementation of quality control and records performance.
• Control and distribution of all company quality documentation.
• Establishing, maintaining and overseeing the document control and record keeping function.
• Preparation and submission of Two week look ahead inspection schedules with clients/consultant.
• Verify and assure accreditation, certifications, approvals and accolades along with profiles of vendors, external / third party or independent agencies.
  

Project: Improvement and Rehabilitation of Sewerage System and Water Supply Sialkot.

Responsibilites :

• Preparation of Method statements, ITPs, QA Plans and Quality dossiers.
• Responsible for issuing internal NCRs and tracking and closing NCRs issued by consultants.
• Conducting internal Quality Audits as per the audit schedule.
• Ensuring that all instruments are calibrated and up to date according to relevant standards.
• Technically reviewing material submittals, PQ documents and method statements and ITPs submitted by subcontractors
•  Checking IFC Drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
• Monitor, Analyze, and Development of Monthly Reports
• Ensuring Project Packages meet agreed Specifications.
• Providing timely information & reports to Quality management for interface on quality activities.
• Conducting weekly meetings with subcontractors related to Quality control and quality assurance
• Inspecting quality of materials receiving at site and ensuring compliance to approved submittal and collaborate with the department for procured materials & maintain a record.

Project: Construction of Grand Glamour Marquee at Quetta.

Including 3 R.C.C. Buildings, 1 Steel Structure (Main Marquee Hall 125x280 ft)

Quetta Commercial Centre 

Responsibilities:

• Supervision of Concrete plant and preparation of concrete mix designs for required strength (according to ASTM and AASHTO standards)
• Testing of material and concrete to ensure Best quality.
• Supervision of rigid pavement (concrete road) laying.
• Supervision of asphalt plant and flexible pavement (asphalt Road) laying and testing 
• Making Bill of Quantities and preparing measuring books.
• Inspection of Layouts and other Surveys at Site
  • Inspecting each building different levels.
  • Layout of buildings with theodolite and Total station.
  • Anchor bolts installation for steel Structure
• Checking Drawings and detail plans to make sure all work is done accordingly.
  • Checking Steel of buildings according to bar bending schedule.
  • Checking Concrete quality to be according to the standards (mentioned in drawings) beams, foundations, columns etc.
  • Checking brick masonry and block masonry.
  • Checking Steel Structure according to design including anchor bolts installation, steel columns + rafters installations, insulation and roof installation. (checking welding and bolts)
• Checking quality of all construction material used at site.
• Ensuring the safety of the structure and General Work force at sites.
• Making Reports and general Documentation of the work performed

Project: Construction of Dry Port and Transit Goods Facilities Project at Nowshera.

Including 6 R.C.C. Buildings, 1 kilometer Rigid Pavement(R.C.C. Pavement) and 2 kilometers Flexible Pavement (Asphalt Pavement)

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Method statements, ITPs, QA Plans and Quality dossiers.

Responsibilities:

• Supervision of pilling work that includes :
• • Supervision of steel reinforcement (Steel cages) according to approved bar bending schedule (BBS).
  • Supervision of concrete pouring of pile.
  • To ensure pile depth according to approved design.

Project: Construction of New Khanki Barrage and Auxiliary Works, Pakistan

• Tasks:
  Study of reports and construction drawings of main barrage and barrage colony.
• Supervision of construction works at barrage like cofferdam construction, main weir construction, construction of buildings in colony etc.
• Report writing about all the drawings studied and works supervised at the end of 2 months period

Projects included construction of Small Dam and buildings
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, supervising and managing the project to meet the dead lines
• Making Bill of Quantities and preparing Measuring Books
• Checking Drawings and detail plans to make sure all work is done
  accordingly
• Making Reports and general Documentation of the work performed

Tasks:
To visit the site daily and to prepare detailed report at the end of Internship.
