• Provide consulting services for recommending products, simplifying services and identifying process improvements to the client.
• Created custom Boomi integrations for Payroll, Employee Import, Attendance related transactions, Unpaid Time off  calculations, boomerangs etc. Created custom and when available used template based integrations.
• Supported the testing and rollout of Boomi integrations  including data setup, user SIT and UAT support, hot fixing code in UAT, bug patching and incremental updates.

Worked as a lead consultant for Kronos Implementation for
General Motors.
Hand picked to lead the Kronos roll-out for General Motors. The
aim of the project is to fully comply with the UAW (United
Automobile Workers) labor union across US and Canadian
sites. There are about 60 sites in USA and many in Canada. The
aim of implementing Kronos is to control costs associated with
the labor workforce, uniform implementation of UAW union
policies, accurate reports to managements and better tracking of
employee time. Implementing the same for the
customer including requirements gathering, configuration,
testing, UAT, training and rollout. 

• Work with the business to gather requirements for WFC Attendance, Accruals and Time Off rules.

Child Care, Working Mothers, Old Age Housing, TANF etc. Maine in particular had 44 different programs being administered through the ACES online project.
