- Responsible to handle Service and Spare part management at Dealers in India
- Looking after export market after sales in Nepal
- Dealer development – Owned the opening and establishment of 5 new dealers in Nepal and 7 Dealers in Eastern UP as per the company’s guidelines.
- Technical support (including warranty management)
- Record & enhance C.S.I. (Customer Satisfaction Index)
- Preparation of monthly spares indent on Company’s Spares Depot for my territory
- Ensure revenue generation through sale of spare parts
- Manpower: - Through periodic trainings of Dealer’s mechanics on technical skills, Systems & procedures as well as customer relation management
- Service activities such as free service and rural service camps
