Working directly with ownership I was responsible for working on the development of new products including a planned 2M renovation and re-launch of the Merchants Exchange Club with the ThinkWell group and Gensler.

  • In collaboration with Operations helped develop the company's response to COVID19 including all new policies and procedures.

Working directly with the General Manager and Executive Chef, Larry Finn, I developed a new private event strategy for the restaurant including menus, pricing and a completely revamped S.O.P. which contributed to the restaurant becoming profitable for the first time since it's opening in 2009.  

  • 2017 increased private event and catering revenue from 79k annually to 400k.
  • 2018 secured a coveted spot in the exclusive San Francisco Private Dining Venues (SFPDV) organization making Credo one of 40 members comprised of the top SF Restaurants. I was also Chair of the annual Toast & Taste Charity Auction benefiting Compass Family Services raising over 50k.
  • 2018 increased private event and catering revenue 75% to 700k.
  • 2019 increased private event and catering revenue 22% to 850k.

Conceptualized and actualized the re-launch of the Home, Gifts and Grooming categories on and for this $100M online retailer to diversify our product offering, increase our average sales transactions and improve customer retention. Developed unique and exclusive product for the division using existing network of vendors and newly developed outside sources. Managed a team of 3 including an associate buyer, fulfillment coordinator and divisional planner.

  • Increased Q3/13 and Q4/13 divisional sales 20% and 26% respectively with an increase in margin by 7%.
  • Responsible for all purchasing for the three categories with an annual purchasing budget of $3M.
  • Aligned the purchasing for the division with the overall brand concept to ensure cross divisional uniformity in anticipation of a "Full Price" model transition.

Managed a team of 4 designers to ensure each division is providing deliverables on-time and in-line with the creative and cross functional calendars.

  •  Assisted in the conception, build out and opening of the SOHO Flagship store hiring and training staff.
  • Managed all ‘Creative Services’ projects including in-store, online and wholesale collateral.
  • Oversaw all catalog production from concept to print.
