I have been a co-worker with Adriane Johnson. These are the things about her that I have observed.

When I was new to Corporate Color, I was very nervous. I was just getting
back into the workforce for a while away. Adriane was put in charge of teaching
me how to do my job. The first thing that I observed about her was how well
she was liked in that company. Everyone deferred to her. I am not kidding about
this- even the owners. I came to understand, with the time that they saw that people
cared about what she had to say, and cultivated that relationship based on that.
She always had a smile on her face. She was friendly to all and has a wonderful
sense of humor. She would only accept from me - her trainee- only the best work.
She would never compromise. She was firm, but kind. She understood that we
were all working together to move the company forward, thereby, moving
forward. She did her job excellently and took instruction well,
although she knew how to do so many things at that company. She worked long
hours, much longer hours than I did and never complained. Adriane had
everyone’s respect in that company, and it was fair that it was so. She earned
that. She is easy going, cheerful, and serious about doing the best possible.
She has become a good and valued friend. You will not regret having her as part
of your company.

Adriane Johnson worked for me at HR Imaging for 4 years. She was always the first one there and the last to leave, very eager to learn and grow, she proved herself in every way.

Ms. Johnson had good organizational skills and great follow-through. She has a variety of skills including design, marketing, event-planning and photography. She also has a good attitude and shows the ability to motivate others.
