Work History

Almost the entirety of my work life has been spent in the legal industry.  I held the position of Administrative Assistant, Legal Secretary, Legal Assistant and then some.  I've broken down my history with the firms/agencies I worked at and given a summary of the duties performed.

Summary of Duties

Supported various legal practice area such as Mergers and Acquisitions, Investment Management and Litigation.  Assisting general counsel, of counsel, associates and firm personnel with calendar maintenance, telephone screening; scheduling meeting,  greeting clients and office visitors; acting as liaison between various internal and external entities, contacts, vendors and suppliers; daily time and expenses reporting; drafted, distributed and finalized monthly billing, coordinated domestic and international travel arrangements, events, and teleconferences;  provided general and unanticipated administrative support;  transcription/dictation; document creation, distribution and editing, TOC, TOA and Index creation and updating; maintenance of supplies and resources.
