• Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Execute comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all refrigeration equipment, including freezers (-40), anterooms, cold rooms, chillers, and associated electrical and control systems. This involves conducting quarterly, monthly, and routine inspections, cleaning, calibrations, and repairs as needed.
• SOP and GMP Adherence: Strictly adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and repair logs. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal SOPs.

• Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
• Monitoring equipment (Ice and Chilled water plants) and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
• Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns.
• Monitoring inventory and reordering materials when needed.
• Conducting research and attending workshops to remain abreast of industry developments.
• Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis.

• I supervised an overhaul of SABROE Screw Compressor 233L which done by Johnson Controls.
  
• Attended the installation of a New Spiral Freezer GYRoCOMPACT  M60 under the supervision of JBT FoodTech.
• Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving industrial refrigeration/chiller systems.
• Perform first line routine  maintenance, including removing and replacing components, cleaning, lubrication, inspection and fault finding.
• Ensuring that refrigeration tunnels are  maintained properly and in accordance with applicable legislation on energy efficiency, safety and environmental protection.
• Prepare detailed reports/technical  documentation.

• Responsible to keep equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services.
• Experience in the use of  hand and power tools needed to perform all duties as assigned to repair/replace gearboxes, pumps, fan motors, belts, etc.
• Perform maintenance of electrical systems (checking motors , clean and repair circuit electrical panels etc.) [ well knowledge ] .
• Duties include checking, repairing and replacing pumps , motors and conveyor belts.
