Group Product Manager

Responsible for the development and management of the NuORDER Payments line of business and product offering.  Lead both product and product marketing for the LOB.

- Implemented a PayFac solution for NuORDER to be a Merchant Of Record for its Marketplace to generate passive revenue for NuORDER, a key factor in the acquisition of NuORDER by Lightspeed.
- Developed Organization and Hiring plan for operations support
- Added additional revenue to the bottom line by collecting fees for over 10+ million dollars in transaction volume across 50 brands, and expanding.
- Lead the international expansion of payments to the EU and UK including all compliance measures for international commerce.
- Provide data-driven feature prioritization to improve the overall commerce experiences for all audiences of the platform (Brands who process payments, Buyers who make purchases)
