  • Content Development: Coordinate the development of a content- marketing program yielding exponential increases in social engagement by an average of 1300% during the past two years.
  • Content Marketing Strategy: Implements a comprehensive content-marketing strategy that establishes strong, coordinated social media presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, SlideShare and multiple owned community properties. Continuing to expand audience reach to more than 250K, and growing.
  • Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing and social media communication plans by collaborating with internal clients to align relevant content to other trends happening both internally and externally, and promote socially via our corporate handles.

Developed and executed redesigned approach to optimize the U.S. website for division of 2K+ employees while leading a team between 15-25 FTEs and a budget of $3M. 


  • Business Alignment: Collaborated internal clients to streamline 15+ business sub-sites to optimize the U.S. web channel. Resulted in consistent brand, content, design, development and UX, which optimized the channel, increasing online revenue targets by 17%. Project completed ahead of time, and under budget.
  • Marketing Strategy: Created & oversaw targeted marketing strategy for the web channel. Identified customer segments and delivered targeted content / promotion that resulted in 22% increase (YOY) of online web leads.
