Primary Duties:
- Build, test, and deploy responsive Salesforce Marketing Cloud emails using HTML, CSS, AMPscript, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), and JSON-driven personalization to support marketing campaigns and customer lifecycle journeys.
- Use AMPscript and SSJS to dynamically customize email content, including parsing and consuming JSON attributes stored in Data Extensions to drive conditional logic and personalized content rendering.
- Work with Data Extensions, JSON-based attributes, data relationships, and subscriber segmentation to ensure accurate audience targeting and personalization.
- Create and optimize automations using Automation Studio (SQL queries, scheduled sends, file imports, data refreshes).
- Configure and maintain Journey Builder flows, including entry criteria, decision splits, personalization, and multi-step automations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams, designers, project managers, and stakeholders to translate campaign requirements into high-quality technical solutions within Marketing Cloud.
- Perform QA testing, inbox rendering checks, data validation, and send-log monitoring to ensure accurate email performance and deliverability.
- Analyze campaign performance using Email Studio tracking, Journey Builder analytics, and Salesforce reporting to recommend data-driven improvements.
- Maintain documentation for email builds, journeys, workflows, and automation processes to support team knowledge and repeatability.
- Adhere to CAN-SPAM compliance, deliverability best practices, and platform governance standards when deploying campaigns.
