Develop company’s power brand: Sally Hansen, multi-category brand with $400+ million in retail sales. Devise visual creative strategies and drive roadmap development for U.S., Russia, Australia, Europe, Canada, and Brazil markets. Direct and engage multi-disciplinary teams to define and implement visual aspect of brand. Promote collaboration and innovation of solutions. Select and act as chief contact for branding and advertising partners.
* Led rebranding effort of Sally Hansen worldwide, working in conjunction with Vice President of Marketing. Established overarching themes to 7+ sub brand lines, sourced branding and advertising partner, and gained executive team approval.  
* Orchestrated rebranding effort across marketing, creative, advertising agency, and market research groups.  Devised brand vision wheel, 5 new advertising campaigns, 2 new TV campaigns, branding films, merchandising identity, and other marketing mix elements. Directed teams to establish global guidelines and directives for 6+ global markets.
* Developed and introduced worldwide #1 beauty product, Miracle Gel Nail Polish. Attained unprecedented 13.7% market share and won 12+ prestigious beauty awards.  Led creative development of product concept, packaging, print/TV advertising, merchandising, social media, and PR materials.


Vice President of Creative


Developed company’s visual creative strategies across mass and prestige market fragrance, personal care, bath and body, and cosmetics products. Reported directly to company’s president and served as key member of President’s Senior Leadership Team. Facilitated development of general company roadmap, shaping of company culture, and definition of guiding principles. Direct team of 38, comprised of senior creative directors, designers, account managers, studio managers, photographers, asset management, production staff, comping department, and copy writers. Participated in quarterly communication meetings, communicating business progress and exciting news to employees. Contributed to new business acquisition team, charged with integrating new brands and teams into creative function of Coty, Inc.
* Planned and launched internal creative agency to support global brand building, expedite speed to market, and maximize profitability.
* Oversaw launch of celebrity and designer licenses and creation of homegrown beauty brands. Carried strategies across various marketing and trade platforms.
* Established creative hub to support new product development and brand execution.
* Produced savings of $2+ million to creative financial lines while increasing productivity.


Director, Creative Services and


Developed graphic identity behind products and campaigns, from conception through execution. Oversaw all aspects of production, including production design, model/photographer selection, and retouching of materials used in Avon campaigns worldwide. Managed team of 27 including art buyers, various levels of art directors, copywriters, editors, and traffic staff.
* Directed design of campaign materials for 20+ sales communications pieces per month, such as print ads, POP, early product selling brochures, product selling information, training and education materials, contests, and sales meeting materials/gifts.
* Achieved $400,000+ in savings, consistent global imagery, and on-time market delivery by optimizing global workflow and creating first ever-global guidelines.
* Managed creative design behind Avon Spa, including packaging, POP, gift sets, and gift with purchase.


Director, Sales Promotion


Developed and managed Sales Promotion Department for cosmetic and hair care products. Designed monthly cycle programs, working in tandem with marketing staff. Created materials for promotional programs.  Oversaw staff evaluation and development.
* Directed field sales force on promotional selling of various product lines, including Maybelline cosmetics and Garnier Hair Care launch.
* Drove increase in sales during tenure.


Director, Corporate Communications


Created and managed integrated marketing programs for international clients in cosmetics industry. Recruited, trained, and managed 7 integrated marketing teams consisting of account executives, creative directors, art directors, and copywriters. Directed all phases of communications and advertising materials development.  Served as chief client contact and troubleshooter.
* Spearheaded development of strategic planning reports for global promotion and advertising of client’s consumer products.
* Selected to serve as director of company’s media and corporate affairs.
