I am a professional with 10 years’ experience in the Global Shared Services industry.

 In my last role, as an Order Management and Invoicing Process Analyst at BP, I was working in the Order to Invoice Global Process Design Standards, being responsible for actively producing, monitoring and analysing regional and global process performance in order to identify improvement opportunities and facilitate end-to-end process design and optimisation. I have proven my ability to understand and design complex processes, using ARIS Designer, and translate them to the stakeholders. I have successfully designed and finished the Global Process Design Standards in BP for all Order Management and Invoicing processes.

 I have 5 years experience as a Customer Service Team Leader in the Order to Cash Tower.  I have proven my ability to build highly motivated teams in a fast-paced environment. I have been recognised for my ability to develop and drive a culture of innovation, change and growth to optimise customer experience, demonstrated by improving and maintaining Key Performance Indicators in Order Management, Invoicing, Customer Facing and Complaints processes. I have working knowledge of Siebel and SAP.

I am a native Spanish speaker, fluent in English, Portuguese and Hungarian.

I am passionate about Project Management; last year I successfully became a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)®. I would like to further develop my skills in this area.

I consider myself a team player with exceptional listening and critical thinking skills with focus on the details. I am a fast-learner always looking for new ways to expand my current skills and learn new ones.
