• Curriculum development & e-learning development of educational modules for the Global Learning Centre (UNHCR)
• Assessment and recommendations for use of learning management system (LMS) for distance learning for the Global Learning Centre
• Instructional design assessment and project management of training initiatives
• Assessment and recommendations relating to educational technology needs for UNHCR
• Creative direction provided to graphic artists, video producers and instructional designers

• Assessment and recommendations for instructional materials and resources in online course development
• Research supervision for Master of Communication degree program
• Design of blended online learning using adult learning pedagogy theories
• Editing and revising of subject content and collaborating with content experts

• Curriculum design, development of learning outcomes and content assessment
• Development and instruction of print & new media curriculum for diploma programs at various educational institutions

Management/Leadership

• Responsible for coordinating & supervising the design, development & implementation of distance education courses and programs using a variety of technology & media tools
• Knowledge of international NGO and industry trends related to training in the humanitarian aid sector
• Communicating clear strategic vision with respect to teaching and learning initiatives
• Stakeholder management and collaboration for projects relating to program design
• Management of projects including budgets, production schedules and creative design
• Supervision and coordination of production staff and liaising with corporate clients

• Provide direction throughout project lifecycle, including assisting clients in identifying future project enhancements as required
• Provide instructional leadership by creating new professional development opportunities for the educational environments

Negotiate for the acquisition of goods and services from both internal and external sources
