Responsible for driving product strategy, company messaging, content, sales enablement and outbound communications as part of a change in direction. As the company's product changed to a new direction driven by market opportunities, I am responsible for ensuring product capabilities align with market opportunity and customer requirements, as well as ensuring all Go To Market execution is in line with our new market. Focus elements of my execution over the past year include:
- Product roadmap and strategy development in coordination with vision and market requirements
- Ensure customer requirements are mapped to product roadmaps and feature releases
- Product release planning and management in coordination with engineering
- Sales enablement through product value and technical product training
- Drive ongoing and incremental revenue generation through product innovation
