  • Prepared vision, strategy and secured buy-in from global teams to deliver a multi-year development plan. Collaborated with design to conduct research & map user journey
  • Developed business requirements, negotiated priorities and launched Phase1 to an eligible population of 290K employees. Product adoption of 44% and average NPS of 39 within the first month of launch.
