• Partner closely with the Board of Trustees, civic leaders, and Jewish community organizations to align institutional priorities with community needs and strengthen impact through shared initiatives and collaborative relationships.
• Oversee a $42M annual operating budget, $1.5M in annual fundraising, and a $60M campus expansion project while cultivating a values driven culture anchored in excellence, belonging, and community engagement.
• Lead the $60M campus expansion effort by coordinating land acquisition, zoning approvals, infrastructure development, and stakeholder partnerships that support long term organizational growth.
• Strengthen financial management in partnership with the CFO by implementing sustainable budgeting practices for compensation, infrastructure, programs, and multi-year strategic priorities.
• Guide campus safety strategy, emergency readiness, and crisis management planning in coordination with internal teams and local law enforcement to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all community members.
• Increase donor engagement by leading high performing development teams, expanding major gift pipelines, and fostering long term relationships that consistently exceed fundraising goals.

• Achieved financial turnaround by eliminating seven figure deficits, reducing debt, building reserves, and lowering operating costs by 12 percent within three years.
