I'm a visonary Business Developer with a Master’s Degree in Business Engineering, two Project Management Certifications (Prince2 and IPMA), various Leadership and Change Management training.

I have 15+ years of experience with Strategy Development & Implementation, Project & Programme Management and Key Client Management from various industries working for global companies like Maersk Line, Telia, Telenor and Brüel & Kjær.

I’ve had leadership responsibility since the beginning of my career and enjoy leading a team to deliver results in a changing and uncertain project environment. I prefer to delegate and empower team members, but I can also provide specific guidance when required.

I am a structured, analytical and goal oriented person with a strong drive. I'm good at building relationships and managing stakeholders and I believe in open and honest communication. I’m dedicated to improve the current state of business and drive changes.

I appreciate working with a mix of aspects such as business development and programme management - and I am not afraid to make myself acquainted with new business areas.
