Responsible for Total Rewards planning, strategy & execution for 24,000+ on-roll employees across 12 countries and 16 legal entities in the geography.
The role entails consultation & partnership with Business Leaders, HR Business Partners, HR Generalists, SMEs across other HR functions, Finance, Sourcing & Legal teams in the MOAI geography as well as Local & Global vendors while aligning closely with the Global Total Rewards SME function & Global Total Rewards Delivery team for ensuring continual evolution, successful deployment & effective execution of the MOAI Total Rewards strategy, programs, policies & solutions to achieve HR strategic objectives.
Key Focus Areas: Planning & Benchmarking, Design, Development, Deployment & Execution of
1. Base Pay: Budgeting, Salary Ranges, Annual & off-cycle salary reviews & promotions, Salary adjustment guidelines
2. Short Term Variable Pay (Sales & Non-Sales Incentive Plans): Annual incentive target setup alignment & communication, annual incentive payouts
3. Long Term Variable Pay: Equity & Cash based long term incentive / retention bonus plans
4. Employee Benefits: Employee Insurances, retirals (Pension & Provident Fund), Car Lease, Company Lease, Annual Leaves etc. Standardization & harmonization of MOAI employee benefits portfolio
5. Employee Wellness: Holistic employee wellness framework comprising physical, psychological and financial wellness of employees
6. Employee Recognition: Monetary & non-monetary recognition framework empowering managers & employees to reinforce a culture of appreciation for living up the core values of the organization, exceptional performance, contribution & impact, going beyond the call of duty
Additionally:
- Ensure regulatory & labor law compliances pertaining to compensation in conjunction with Payroll, Finance & Legal teams
- Drive vendor management (Benchmarking service providers, Insurance brokers, Wellness partners etc.) to secure optimal service levels and competitive commercials
- Continually coach & develop colleagues in extended teams (HR Generalists, HR Delivery Specialists & Administrators, SME teams etc.) for competence development in Total Rewards to ensure effectiveness, efficiency and progressive implementation of data driven reporting, analytics and insights
