The tasks required, but not limited to, are general housekeeping, clean up, sweeping, vacuuming, painting, lubrication (oiling, greasing, etc.), sample retrieval, power washing, lifting and hauling items up and downstairs, dump rework, operate a motorized forklift, preparing packaging, package product.


Duties include:
1.Keeping lines stocked with packaging materials.
2.Filling out appropriate paper related to the line's CCP’s, production, packaging materials.
3.Basic troubleshooting and repair of packaging equipment.
4.Knowledge of basic operation of equipment on the line.
5.Operation of CIP skids in addition to breakdown and cleaning of line components.
6.Communicate with a supervisor when the line is down due to equipment or product    supply.
7.Communicate with a supervisor when equipment needs attention.
8.Report/resolve any observed quality issues while operating line.
9.Proper start-up, running and shut down of line.
10.Proper teardown, cleaning and reassembling pumps, sanitary lines, and line equipment.
11.Knowledge of chemical handling procedures including PPE required.
12.Knowledge of process flow and ability to trace flow from source tank to the filling process.
13.Basic understanding of pumps, valves, and how to change filters.
