• Joined as executive director of Capacit'e Engineering (part of Capacit'e infra group) after it bought out the stake of Captech Technologies (exit) . 
• In this role I was Incharge of finding new projects, scaling revenue and profitability, blue oceans strategy, finding new business models for inorganic expansion. 
• Also incharge of bringing in new systems and processes to bring in digital solutions to be able to scale top line while increasing the bottomline. 
• As an executive director, I also played a key role in bringing IFSCA GIFT city project in Gujarat under CIL-CEPL JV and expanding Capacite's footprint in Gujarat. 
• In this role I continue to head the operations of Captech Technologies as its Founder and CEO.

• Created and lead a 20 member team from scratch, the team included, software developers, Civil subject matter experts, Calling agents, Business
  Devlopment executives, finance, HR and company secretarial staff.
• Created a complete multi-lingual mobile platform from scratch and enrolled more than 8000 kycverified subcontractors that could in-turn deploy around 1 million construction labour across 73 different construction activities.
• On-boarded more than 150+ General contractors and developers on to the platform (during and right after Covid) to connect the labour contractors with general contractors to solve the pain points for both the parties.
• Created and pivoted from many business models until revenue generation started, and company became self sufficient and boot-strapped.

• Took the opportunity to be posted on 3 sites to understand the nitty grit-ties of construction and to understand the end-to end processes that are followed
  Pan Company basis.
• Took lead with EY consulting arm to draft a 300 page SOP to optimize end to end processes after discussions with various HOD's, project incharges, EY subject matter experts, Capacite infra's top management and by observing the day to day operations of several sites in the company.
• Took the lead to implement the said SOP's on the existing ERP system then, to automate systems and processes, bring new softwares like Happay for cashless transactions on site, bring new softwares to automate and streamline the gaps identified during the in-depth process engineering done with EY.
• Took Lead in Government business development, and played a key role in bagging ICT project and make inroads with other government bodies.
• Took on the responsibility to actively monitor the operations of Kohinoor square and ICT sites.
