₹20 Cr — Bucyrus Dragline Electrical Modernization

  • Led electrical modernization and upgrade of Bucyrus make Dragline, covering PLC upgrades, drive-system enhancements and associated electrical infrastructure.
  • Coordinated a 25-member project and commissioning team, including local contractors and M/s DCS, USA, supporting parts supply and commissioning activities.
