- Maintain detailed records of service visits, maintenance performed, parts replaced, and any recommendations for future repairs or upgrades. Complete service reports and communicate findings clearly to supervisors and clients.
- Install, service, and repair industrial air compressors units, dryers, filters, chillers and plumbing air lines
- Alway use Lockout/Tagout before testing anything electrical. Alway be sure to bleed off any air pressure before disconnection of air lines like when replacing the inlet valve

Inspect wiring, motor, starter, and control components.

Verify solenoid valves and inlet valve operation.

Monitor control system alarms and safety devices on digital controller

Maintain filtration, oil, and cooling systems. Replace separator and o ring and ensure the oil sump is free from rust and debris . Always ensure scavenger line isnt stopped up

- I/O Diagnostics is where to check the status of machine, drivetrain data and conduct hardware tests when validating unit, viewing and resetting maintenance timers and adjusting various parameters, calibrating sensors when multi machine sequencing

Collaborate with engineering teams to implement improvements and upgrades.

Familiar with air system diagnostics, parts replacement, and calibration specific to Gardner Denver model
- Completed Gardner Denver on the job technician Training.
- Perform repairs on different types of compressors like, rotary vane, hydrovane, rotary screw and reciprocating also on various brands like, Quincy, Mattei, Sullair, Champion, Gardner Denver, and Ingersoll and Rand
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain technical issues, recommended maintenance practices, and operational usage. Provide on-site training on compressor operation and routine care
