Collaborate with 30 executive stakeholders spread out in 7 Military Medical Centers across the National Capital Region, evaluate acquisition requirements, ensure/improve process flow, and analyze integrated business system applications to ensure all projects are fully met

Key Analysis Responsibilities Include:

  • Take on the divisions special problem projects, analyze documents than interview internal/external stakeholders to ensure process flow and prevent legal problems
  • Establish strong relationships with all project team members to build trust and to ensure all will adopt my analysis recommendation/change request, even when it isn't in the scope of the original requirement agreement
  • Communicate, facilitate, assist, and help senior executive leadership solve complexed medical process problems in 6 medical directorates, safeguarding the Medical Center's success
  • Manage the day-to-day responsibilities (98% fill rate) for 18 Type C/Level 4 contracts (most complexed and require the highest level of certification)
  • Consistently meet deadlines by utilizing proactive communication and project-management skills
  • As a Senior Contracting Officer Representative (COR) provide information System support, assistance and mentorship to junior COR’s throughout the hospital
  • Provide liaison support making recommendations for improvement of agency procedures, policies, program issues and tweaks to integrated business systems applications
