• Supervise two military personnel.  Single point of contact and responsible for identifying training needs and developing training materials for supply personnel assigned to the 735th Supply Chain Operations Group (SCOG).

• Manage all aspects of the group's education and training programs for both military and civilian personnel.

• Supervised 1 civilian and 6 active duty military in satisfying 1K customer requests across 58 bases aided in the 90% stockage effectiveness rate Air Force standard is 80%.

• Piloted U-2 redistribution for 4 bases directed 48 lateral shipments worth $122K satisfied 484 worldwide shortages.

• Worked with Global Hawk representatives on RQ-4 requirements id’d 6K common use items saved Air Force $400K in procurement cost.

• End of Year team member cleared 136 rejects decreased freeze codes by 50% lowest in regionalization history.

• Partnered with Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) disposition services transferred 375 excess items to Defense Reutilization Management Office recovered $2.4M for Department of Defense (DoD).

                  

• Provided logistical support for F-15, F-16, A-10, E-8, EC-130, HC-130, HH-60, RC-135, U-2 and B1B aircraft assigned to Air Combat Command (ACC) units stateside, Europe, Pacific and contingency locations.
• Provided global support by locating spare assets to fill shortages in vital aircraft mission requirements
• Supervised and instructed 16 Airmen in completion of Supply Core Development Course (CDC’s) overall average was 86%.
• Review, edit and validate detail accuracy on Readiness Base Levels at 102 supply & satellite accounts.
• Oversaw 338 thousand Mobility Readiness Spares Package authorizations worth over $641 Million maintaining 98% fill rate on items on hand.
• Coordinates with Logistics Managers to identify and resolve depot level rejects and expedite delivery of assets filling customer requirements and operating stock.

• Manager of C-130 MRSP segment ensured 100% inventory accuracy eliminated potential warehouse refusals.
• Monitored airborne MRSPs for supportable shortages increased fill rate from 81% to 96%.
• Monitored and rotated shelf-life items with peacetime operating stock to ensure serviceability.
• Performed weekly inspections on 121 functional check and electrostatic sensitive items valued at $6.9M.
