As the Director and Project Manager of Ultimate Computer Techs, my responsibilities are far reaching.  

Some of the many tasks I perform are administering servers and server applications for Clients, along with managing client networks, and performing all Network Management. Working in setting up an  Exchange  environment as well as managing the clients' Active Directory. Formed and maintained all vendor relationships. I began different Social Networking projects to increase sales for my clients by putting them on Google Ads, Facebook Business pages, and building their new web presence. Also used VMWare to combine hardware and upgrade servers for my clients. Administering and maintaining backups and patches on all endpoints; processing reports of servers' current status, and current drive space on all company-wide servers, along with antivirus programs. Also determined whether or not issues needed to be escalated or outsourced. I excel at business development and project management.

IT Director/Project Manager

Champion National Security

Responsibilities were wide and varied; from providing overall IT governance for Champion National Security, to installing new servers and configuring networking hardware.

Planned and Implemented the Exchange Management and Active Directory network design. Monitored changes in infrastructure configurations, and developed and maintained system standards for the entire company through its newly formed and implemented IT Department, performing daily backup operations and system monitoring for its security purposes throughout all nationwide locations.

My team and I created the Help-Desk for Champion, and built, implemented and maintained a "Spiceworks" Ticket system where the Help-Desk monitors go to process tickets assigned to the queue on a first-in/first-out priority.

We worked together to enhance current technologies to improve client services, while communicating regularly with executive management on the status and daily maintenance of the IT Department. 

Hired, trained, guided and disciplined an IT staff of 16 employees, while developing best practices and written documentation for all server maintenance and provisioning of the end-user services. 

Formed and maintained all vendor relationships. Handled all Project Management of the Teams Projects.

Completed Analog to VoIP telephone change in regards to planning network setups for all remote offices. Accomplished the Sprint to Verizon changeover of over 1500 wireless devices for the company, bringing total expenses down by over $100,000 per year!

My team created the Application Development of Security Job Finders,, an internal HR system, and other internal systems to take the company completely paperless.

Oversaw and ran Social Networking projects to increase our online presence, including a huge presence on Facebook, Google Ad Words, and the YP Marketing Project.

Installed Cisco Core project for Network, an Active Directory clean up and rebuilt the Complete WAN with Verizon to link nearly 20 Champion National Security offices in the U.S.

Technical Account Manager


As the Technical Account Manager (TAM) I was in charge of the Administering Servers and Server Applications, along with managing client networks, as well as performing all hands-on Network Management. Also determined whether or not issues needed to be escalated or outsourced.

Implemented Project Management for clients' IT projects, and updated every client on a weekly basis. Created "Roadmaps" (Tier 1, 2, & 3) to troubleshoot Server & Network issues, escalating as needed. Supported and reviewed Tier 1 work performed for accuracy, completion, tested solution, as well as satisfied customer confirmation of resolution.

Managed a team of 5 technicians to support the customers, and worked exclusively with the ticketing system, Kaseya, to administrate the processing of tickets for Servers/Appliances/Infrastructure as well as customer-initiated tickets.

Administered and maintained antivirus programs, backups and patches on all endpoints; processing reports of servers down, servers rebooted, servers reboot needed, servers suspended,  and current drive space on all company-wide servers.

Aggressive Insurance

Managed network and day to day operations of the IT Department at Aggressive Insurance. Formed and maintained relations of vendors such as Dell, Peachtree, DI Laser, to name a few.

Revised the entire company network, including upgrading to Exchange 2007 and MS Server 2008. This project upgraded all employee computers and set a new standard image for the entire company which improved client relations and increased productivity.
