- Oversaw arena rentals, special events, and client activations, generating additional six-figure annual revenue streams while ensuring seamless integration with ongoing programs.
- Developed and implemented annual budgets, cost-per-student models, and program performance metrics to align financial sustainability with mission goals.
- Strengthened staff performance and culture by designing and facilitating professional development summits and ideation workshops, resulting in improved collaboration and measurable gains in program efficiency.
- Launched new strategic initiatives, including a pre/post season program, redesigning CAC's state-licensed high school magnet program, a seniors’ health and fitness offering, and a CAC-branded mobile app — expanding the organization’s reach to new demographics.
- Secured and renewed major partnerships with schools, sponsors, and community organizations, generating six-figure revenue streams and increasing brand visibility across Sarasota and beyond.
- Integrated data-driven performance practices, leveraging research, athlete development models, and operational analytics to guide decision-making and program design.
- Represented CAC as a thought leader, engaging in media, donor presentations, and international speaking opportunities to elevate circus arts as a platform for youth development, human performance, and community impact.
