Design of online learning strategy to promote gender equity for coffee producer organizations in Latin America 

Led the creation of a Theory of Change and monitoring and evaluation framework and strategy for a collaboration between Caring Across Generations and the National Domestic Workers Alliance proposal to the Equity Can't Wait challenge. The proposal was chosen, and the organizations awarded 10 million dollars.

Lead the retrospective assessment for the LEGO foundation's educational programming in Mexico.

Design and facilitation of virtual Theory of Change training for partner organizations.

Provision of strategic thinking and monitoring, evaluation and learning support for Feminist Funds throughout the world. Facilitated virtual Theory of Change and MEL plan design, with a strong capacity building component.

Design and implementation of a learning, monitoring and evaluation system for the Labor Migration program, implemented in Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Chile, Brazil and Costa Rica and the United States). Included evaluation of overall funder strategy, and facilitation of Theory of Change and sensemaking workshops with partners and donors. (See here for a description of the approach)

Evaluation of the Write for Rights campaign to support women activists.

Design and implementation of a participatory learning system for a network of women’s organizations located in the U.S., Haiti, Ghana, Kenya and India. Included evaluation of donor strategy.  (See here example of collective learning space)

Design and implementation of an evaluation of multiple years of the foundation’s Issues Affecting Women Program in Mexico. Included final sense making workshop with grantees.

Design and implementation of a participatory evaluation of PODER’s community accompaniment and capacity building strategies in the Rio Sonora and Sierra Norte de Puebla regions.  (Included facilitation of workshops,  planning sessions)

Senior consultant on the design and implementation of a Theory of Change and monitoring, evaluation and learning system of a major initiative in southern Florida to build the capacity of marginalized communities to take action on heath issues of concern. Included evaluation of Foundation's overall strategy. 

 Evaluation of the International Network of Women’s Funds (INWF) Global Learning, Monitoring and Evaluation Program.

Retrospective evaluation of the organization's Sustainable and Accountable Forest Management(SAFM) programme carried out in in Asia and Latin America.

Team leader in the design of a monitoring, evaluating and learning system to support the Tipping Point, a long-term local, national, global strategy to end child marriage in Bangladesh and Nepal.(With WayFair Associates) Included design and facilitation of a multi-day global level Theory of Change workshop, as well as multiple week-long workshops working with partner organizations and community mobilizers on the ground.  

 End line evaluation of the Engendering Change program which sought to contribute to work on women's rights and gender equity in Latin America, Africa and Asia. 

Assessment of a technical assistance strategy being implemented with nationwide Reproductive Justice Grantees.

Designed a participatory monitoring, evaluation and learning system and capacity building initiative for grantees in Chiapas and Yucatán.  Designed an online reporting system for the W.K. Kellogg Foundation.

 Lead a participatory Theory of Change process and design of a monitoring and evaluation process for The Hunger Project, involving 11 different country locations. 

Senior Evaluator on RWJF's Tobacco Policy Change evaluation, which looked at the effectiveness and lessons learning from the Foundation's 10 years of funding tobacco control, particularly in communities most affected.

Lead an evaluation of the US-based Funding Exchange's national Media Justice Fund grantmaking program. funded by the Ford Foundation.

 Developmental evaluation of the Knowledge Exchange-a three-part pilot program of the Media Justice Fund aiming to build collaborations between national and local advocates and organizers working on media and communications policies.

  Necessary Knowledge for a Democratic Public Sphere: a grantmaking and technical assistance program to connect research and advocacy/activism around information and communications issues. Two-year long formative and summative evaluation of program and grantmaking activities.
