- Define, plan, and oversee open data initiatives in ways that obtain the best business and technical value for state agencies within agreed timeframes and budgets.
- Secure and manage grant funding for appropriate projects from federal and private sources.
- Testify before legislative committees and engage with legislative members and staff on a variety of issues in which WaTech is engaged on open data initiatives and strategy.
