As an experienced Investigator of 20+ years having spent the majority of my career in highly detailedroles across the fields of compliance, ethics and risk I have extensive experience in skip tracing, fraudinvestigations, management of credit accounts, collections and customer relationships. I embarked in anew form of investigations and worked within the Department of Education as a Senior ComplaintsInvestigator - 6 month contract and only very recently made redundant within my position as an On-Road Factual Investigator for Brooksight Investigations Pty Ltd after a very successful 3 years.
Passionate for justice and process, I have also experienced a successful career within the Victorian CourtSystem where I developed a solid understanding of regulatory requirements and legislations. I am aprecise and analytical operator who is sound in compliance, adherence, analysis and documentation process.
Assertive, practical and collaborative, I am also a highly effective problem solver due to my excellentinfluencing, negotiating and listening skills. I am motivated by the possibility of successful outcomesand deliver the best possible service with attention and focus.
