- Responsible for Dealership Operations of Jaipur(Ensol Infratech Pvt Ltd) & Bhilwara Region(Vantage Construction Equipments).
- Key Account Customer Management.
- Responsible for direct sales of Mining Machines.
- Responsible for Leading & Guiding Dealer sales teams.
- Responsible for offering technical and interpersonal trainings to dealer sales officers.
- Updating Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly reports of sales, TIV, Market Share for the assigned territory.
- Managing data and preparing MIS.
- Guiding Dealer Team to update Sales Mobility & Leads through Digital Platform.
- Target Setting for the dealers.
- Organizing Marketing events like Major Customer meets, Mini Customer meets, Sales Blitz, Financiers Meets, Roadshows, Demo for establishing new products.
- Business review – Responsible for reviewing dealers on weekly basis to ensure process implementation & weekly targets achievement.
- Review Funds Availability of dealer & ensuring timely payments to company.
- Preparing Sales Projection for upcoming quarters & ensuring target achievements.
- Responsible for suggestions in Products Improvement & Offering.
- Responsible for making Competition Technical Studies & Site Studies for Value Selling by Dealer sales officers.
- Responsible for Jaipur, Bhilwara, Kota, Bikaner, Sikar, Alwar, Bharatpur & Nearby Regions for two dealers.
