Modes of delivery: Colonial Pipeline, Tank Transfers, and Marine.  Locations: US Gulf Coast and New York Harbor. Trade Renewable Fuel Credits, Sulfur Credits, and Benzene Credits for Refinery to maintain compliance with EPA programs.

Schedule refined products on the Colonial Pipeline, Tank Transfers at Terminals on the Houston Ship Channel, and Marine movements.
