- Creation and launching the new Product line, achieving the market share in second place two years after its creation, with revenues of up to US $ 10.5 million per year.
- Overcoming and fulfilling the goals of profitability and sales budget, safety and operational excellence for the product line thanks to the effort, the proposed quality goals, the selection of a suitable staff, continuos improvement and marketing and commercial strategy executed.
- Implementation for the first time in the company of KPI's and maintenance plan in JDEdwards of equipment in order to ensure its mechanical integrity, thus achieving the reduction of the corrective maintenance rate to 3% - 4% per month.
- Detection and development of business opportunities through market research, pricing and service strategy/tactics execution, use of networking and customer relationships, winning contracts of up to US$ 29 million.
- Implementation of CAPEX for the projects development for a total of US $ 7 million with savings in AFEs of US$ 2 million.
- Leadership of the growth of the costumer portfolio from 0% to a cap of 35% of companies in operation in the target segment according to B2B marketing strategies.
- Definition and execution of financial and economic actions to drastically reduce the costs of personnel and logistics, direct operating costs and fixed costs between 25% to 40% with goals of achieving an EBITDA and a positive cash flow required facing the new external environment of the industry
- Operation management, process design, improved determination of capacities and requirements in equipment and operations, achieving the reduction of the volume of industrial waste for treatment, increase in processing capacity and improvement in productivity, decrease in operating costs and in turn increase of the competitiveness of product line within the market.
