Christopher is a Marketing Executive with over 15 years of program implementation and design experience in high technology industries.  He is a skilled problem solver, insights developer and strategic thought leader with knowledge of economic and business intelligence doctrines.  He is well-known for his expertise in prospect journey mapping, lead generation, project management, new product development, and channel strategy.

Christopher has led numerous efforts partnering with finance, marketing and sales channels delivering improved processes.  He has partnered with cross functional leaders to improve lead generation via adoption of thought leadership and digital marketing strategies.   He has also helped develop performance management diagnostic tools and processes to further enhance the effectiveness of various sales and marketing groups.  

Prior to working with Windstream, Christopher was an Executive Director of Marketing and Sales Channel Analysis for Charter Communications (formerly Time Warner Cable). He was responsible for developing business intelligence insights for campaign performance, lead generation, delivery and overall channel effectiveness strategies.

Professional EXPERIENCE

  • Marketing Lead Generation and Nurture Strategy:  Christopher developed a customer journey map and integrated multi-channel communications strategy.  This effort improved lead capture mechanisms and integrated tactics designed to nurture leads into and through the consideration stage to conversion increasing the volume and conversion rate of qualified leads.
  • Competitive Market Analysis and Response Tactics:  Christopher managed the development of enterprise B2C and B2B marketing/sales competitive analysis, reporting, and BI tools that optimize campaign performance, funnel conversions, and ROI.  Created BI assets to evaluate markets and execute marketing and sales strategic plans in support of business objectives.  Generated forecasts for market, segment and P&L results and used regression studies on marketing optimization and mix modeling analysis.
  • Marketing and Sales Channel Effectiveness:  Designed multi variate testing and tracking mechanisms for growth-driven promotional campaigns focused on cost per lead reduction, campaign performance, increasing revenue and maximizing margins.  Partnered with all channel group leaders to identify and propose solutions to channel optimization issues.
  • Project Management:  Christopher has led multiple projects introducing advanced technology products including digital cloud based service delivery, broadband, SDN, UCaSS, monitoring and home security.  He has also used his PMO experience to lead a variety of cross functional initiatives such as database conversions, fiber construction projects and development of new network technology initiatives.
