  UKG is one of the largest HR SaaS providers in the world supporting over 75,000+ organizations across 150+ countries. Our combined team created a single platform from multiple legacy application environments driving their merger integration primarily anchored around Salesforce to ~16,000 employees. Cintia led the CRM Workstream and successfully managed multiple project teams (Sales Cloud, Partner Interim Management, CRM Data Conversion, Qualtrics and Gainsight) ultimately helping UKG create a single unified experience for customers and partners around the globe.

Half of our Technology, Strategy and CRM implementations are completely pro bono. We believe in the power of technology for social change and the democratization and expansion of access to it is what motivates us.

• Led project consulting teams to design and configure systems/operations for program monitoring, management, and evaluation systems.

• Analyzed the impacts of companies in terms of their social, economic and environmental impacts through the GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) methodology.

• Conducted a qualitative journalistic investigation on the effectiveness of local and international NGOs' disaster relief work with affected populations after the April 25th 2015 earthquake in Nepal. • Researcher of the "Expansion of microfinance through correspondent banking" project, supported by the International Development Research Center (IDRC) and by the coordinator of the center, Professor Lauro Gonzalez.
• Guest Researcher at Banco do Nordeste (microfinance institution) - Co-author of a paper which described and analyzed the microcredit program CrediAmigo, the largest microcredit program in Brazil.
