“Cinta is an asset to this team. She is on top of keeping this project moving forward. As well as keeping the client, other outside consultants, and the Accenture team on task and accountable. She works well with the client and can pivot in her approach when the situation calls for it. She knows when to lead and when to listen. She can offer up answers, ideas, and solutions to questions and issues… As well, Cintia cares. She is leading this project with very little input and presence from leadership. She is humble and asks for feedback frequently all in the name of bettering herself and the clients experience on this project.”
