Ron is a Consultant at Sand Cherry Associates, with over 25 years of technical project management experience in the telecommunication industry  bringing new products such as Cloud DVR, interactive travel guides, interactive TV, Video on Demand, IPTV and web based online reservations systems to the market.

• Cloud DVR Rollout: Project Managed a team of deployment engineers responsible for the site specific hardware and software deployment and systems integration testing of a telecom's Cloud DVR technology thoughtout the US.
• Satellite delivered VOD Development and Deployment: Responsible for developing the requirements and project managing the development and deployment of a satellite TV company's Video on Demand and IPTV services, including designing the overall video ingest production  process and assessing content management systems.
• Interactive TV Applications: Responsible for systems integration testing of a third party and internally developed interactive TV application for a satellite TV company.
• Website redesign: Project managed team responsible for the redesign of a rental car agencies website that improved customer satisfaction while reducing development cost.
• Interactive Travel Guide : Technical project manager for a telecom's new product development team that developed the first interactive TV travel guide - conceptual idea through development and  full deployment. 
• Artificial Intelligent System Support: Provided hardware and software technical support for customers using Lisp machines used for developing artificial intelligence system application.
• Operations Analysis and Test Procedure Development: Performed operations analysis, on behalf of an aerospace company, for the US Air Force space shuttle program to identify launch site test requirements for NASA and managed part of the launch countdown test procedures team.
