Senior Director, Account Management & Business Development
Development and execution of strategic account plans for Walmart and GameStop, representing over $70M annually, to align with corporate objectives, secure placement, and expand market share.
- Establishment and maintenance of strong, collaborative relationships with executives from customer organizations, including key decision-makers in both merchant and inventory planners.
- Negotiation and securing of favorable terms for sales agreements across pricing, promotions, returns and display allowances in new business development frameworks, savings of $2M annually.
- Coordination with go-to-market cross-functional teams—marketing, product development, demand planning, and operations—to engage customers and adapt swiftly amid market conditions.
- Oversight and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of sales programs including revenue, inventory turn, weeks on-hand and gross profit dollar contribution.
