Connie Hanbury

Started in the kitchen and worked up to running front of house. Serving a selection of local pub food, largers, ales, stouts, mixers and basic cocktails. Worked with the kitchen on the menu each day, learning specials and how we could cater to food allergies. Ran the bar, re stocked, changed kegs and cashed up at the end of the night (often locked up for the owner).  Trained and supported new servers. Worked with the local community on events such as football games, special events and parties. Big focus on keeping both our locals and tourists happy. 

Ran big events and nights across London and Dublin to 'stir-up' climate action. I ran the bar working with alcohol companies for sponsorship, organised bar equipment, staff and pre prepared/mixed and served hundreds of cocktails at each event. 

Serving local bistro/restaurant food with a large specials offering each day.

UK's second largest software company. As an account manager I worked with global businesses to build relationships and opportunities, closing new business sales and looking after current customers. Promoted to team lead after my first year, 170% of my target in my third year and in the top 5% of global reps. 

Built relationships with businesses and organisations across the UK focusing on their sustainability targets and initiatives. 

Worked in the UK, Norway, Turkey and Singapore. Doing various roles across marketing, contracts, sales, customer experience and sustainability.
