Responsibilities:
- Transport Digital Team Lead for around 12 team members.
- Line manager to three direct reporting team members.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements.
- Interstate and international liaising with other Mott MacDonald offices for work share.

Inner Northern Interchange (INI) Project
- Assisted in leading the comprehensive transformation of Albion Station, including new kerb and channel, a refurbished cul-de-sac with "Kiss n Ride" parking bays, and a one-way Service Road designed for various vehicle types.
- Enhanced access and mobility with new pavements and lifts for passengers.
- Successfully integrated team members from various disciplines to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
- Conducted regular team meetings and workshops to align project goals and objectives.
