Rooted in her own search for balance and fulfillment, Cristine found coaching as a vital tool in the pursuit of wellness and burnout prevention. Eager to share these skills with her peers, as well as other high performing professionals, she developed a wellness curriculum and coaching practice to help others in any stage of their career where they find themselves at a crossroads. Her practice in coaching is to remain true to the clients' values, while bolstering resilience, and empowering them to make the changes they realize they are truly yearning for.
