Rooted in her own search for balance and fulfillment, Cristine found coaching as a vital tool in the pursuit of wellness and burnout prevention. Eager to share these skills with her peers, as well as other high performing professionals, she developed a wellness curriculum and coaching practice to help others in any stage of their career where they find themselves at a crossroads. Her practice in coaching is to remain true to the clients' values, while bolstering resilience, and empowering them to make the changes they realize they are truly yearning for. Using her skills in honesty, empathy, and intuition, Cristine designs a coaching alliance with her clients to achieve the goals they determine are top priority.
