During this period, I served as an HR Consultant, entrusted with overseeing the selection process for Italian executives (including GM, Sales Director, COO, CFO, Quality Manager) for the recently acquired company. My responsibilities encompassed headhunting, conducting interviews, and providing Italian-Chinese interpreting services.

I directly reported to the CEO of Zhenbang Group in Beijing, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and effective communication channels.

Following a successful internship, I was appointed as Assistant Sales Manager, overseeing relations with Japanese clients at its subsidiary, Nantong Jinjue Car Accessories Co., Ltd.

My primary responsibilities included:

  • Managing foreign correspondence and providing interpreting services.
  • Assisting the Sales Director in driving business development efforts.
  • Supporting marketing and advertising activities.
