- Built and Managed a Demonstration Platform called One Atlassian that provided the complete Atlassian Suite of Products provisioned on a Cloud Site within minutes. This included Data, Streaming, AI Content customization, and it was extendable but based on a 90 day default lifecycle. Used by Partners and Atlassian Sales and Solutions teams. This service supported 100+ requests a day, sustaining 15K daily active sites and helped to contribute to $145M in revenue in FY25
- Lead a small team to create a web based Application called Demo360 to provide a self-service tool for managing requested One Atlassian sites, replacing JSM based forms across 4 different helpdesks allowing users to extend, deactivate, and manage users from one place across all their sites.
- Built and Managed the "as-a-team" (aka Team Cloud) platform utilized by Customer facing teams and Partners to collaborate with Customers. This included managing over a 1000 customer engagements and 250 Partner Collaborations with a combined internal and external user base 20K. This was accomplished through configuration and Automation supported by one dedicated Admin, and contributed to in part $45M in customer sales FY25
- Collaborated closely with all Product teams to create integrations across services, utilizing internal or external APIs when necessary to provide features or data customizations with the given platform.
- Improved teammates performance and overall wellbeing through our internal Mentoring program helping to achieve recogniton or promotions.
- Provided teammates across the organization advice and recommendations, and examples to better utilize our products and features.
