Summary

With a proven leadership style fueled by creativity and innovation, I consistently demonstrate a proactive, results-oriented approach driven by an intense passion for my work. My career in the renewable sector spans fifteen years and straddles the development, design, analysis, and management of over 13GW of residential, commercial, and utility-scale solar projects across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

In addition to this, my professional journey includes a vital role in the successful completion of over 5,000 residential solar projects across Canada and the U.S. I'm also a founding board member of the Emerging Leaders for Solar Energy (ELSE) and served as President of Energy Crossroads Denmark (ECDK) in Copenhagen.

My experience extends to challenging startup environments, where I utilised a flexible skill set and approach to aid numerous companies in developing their solar businesses. My training in diverse areas such as illustration and 2D/3D design, coupled with a solid passion for simplification and automation, resulting in faster turnarounds and cheaper solutions, further amplifies my ability to contribute significantly and uniquely to organisations.

Additionally, my commitment to elevating industry knowledge led me to train over 500 students and industry professionals in solar design and installation in Canada, thereby fostering the next generation of renewable energy specialists and professionals.
