Volunteer Experience

Coached both my son's hockey teams from learn to skate through the squirt level.  Managed practice plans and game plans with success.  The biggest win was being a mentor to the kids, many of which I still see as they have become older.  A real valuable lesson learned was managing the parent expectations and personalities.  We really do need to mange each person differently.
