     Owned and maintained vender 14 operational agreements for North America  raw battery materials (printed packaging, chemicals, active powders, resins and injection moldings). The single point-of-contact to the manufacturing team to ensure supply assurance, supplier capability, material savings, and inventory plan delivery. 

  • Developed material supply strategy for both packaging and chemical components and assessed current supply chain designs for opportunities.
  • Formulated and implemented supplier scorecards to track performance and maintained supplier contracts agreements, completing 80% of vendor agreements with key suppliers.
  • Achieved cost avoidance of $17,000 with an alkaline supplier; $500k in cost avoidance with label supplier; $7. 4MM in return of inventory parts.
  • Led monthly capacity planning with suppliers to identify gaps where capacity planning was less than 1.3% of customer demand.
  • Led supply chain processes to identify raw material constraints with the LaGrange Manufacturing Plant as well as implemented Kanban inventory reduction system at the plant.
